Inside the guide
10 chapters, and what each one leaves you able to do.
- 01
Settle on one buyer and one moment
You decide who your guide is for and the exact moment they need it.
- 02
Pull the revenue-adjacent problem into focus
You find the problem that leads to paid work, not just views.
- 03
Write a believable promise in one sentence
You craft a specific outcome you can deliver and defend.
- 04
Pick the smallest format that delivers it
You choose a format that fits the promise without padding.
- 05
Draft the useful core before polishing anything
You write the working part of the guide first, in rough form.
- 06
Turn your rough draft into a finished ebook
You edit, structure, and design it so it reads like one clear piece.
- 07
Build an opt-in page that earns the email
You create a page that trades the guide for a contact, honestly.
- 08
Ship three ads that show the result, not the file
You assemble ads that demonstrate what the reader gets.
- 09
Run the five-email sequence that opens the sale
You send a follow-up that moves readers toward a call, not a cave.
- 10
Watch the number that tells you it works
You track buyers per download and decide what to fix next.

Settle on one buyer and one moment
You decide who your guide is for and the exact moment they need it.
You sit down to plan your lead magnet and the blank page asks who it is for. Pick one buyer and one buying moment, not a demographic and not a general topic. The moment is the trigger: the night before a pitch, the day a client asks for a proposal, the hour an ad budget gets questioned.
Name that person and that moment in one sentence each. Write the moment as precisely as you can, including the feeling that brings them to search for help. You know you have it right when you can say the sentence out loud without hesitating. The mistake that costs most is choosing a broad audience to feel safe. A guide for everyone convinces no one, so commit to one reader and one moment, and start there.
